Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Go to "My Orders" section
  • Click "Cancel Order" next to the order you wish to cancel

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may return the item for a refund according to our return policy outlined below.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for the following circumstances:

  • Products that do not match the description on our website
  • Wrong items shipped due to our error
  • Items returned within the specified return period
  • Duplicate orders placed by mistake

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund. The return period begins on the day you receive the item.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

Refund Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 2: Package and Ship

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: Refund will be credited to your PayPal account

Non-Refundable Items

Exchange Policy
